- Location information: your device location when you grant permission, so MyDaily can show nearby restaurants, hotels, clubs, events and other places. You may be able to use some features by selecting a city or location manually.

We use information to provide and improve MyDaily, authenticate users, personalize discovery, show nearby businesses and events, deliver notifications you have enabled, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.

Location access is optional unless a feature clearly requires it. MyDaily uses location primarily to provide nearby discovery and location-aware results. You can manage location permissions through your device settings.

You can request deletion of your MyDaily account and associated personal data through the app where available, or by following the instructions at mydailycity.com/delete-account. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention or recordkeeping purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children
MyDaily is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
10. Your choices and rights
You may manage certain permissions, notification preferences and account details within the app or device settings. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access, correct or delete personal information.
