Delete your MyDaily account

You can request deletion of your MyDaily account and associated personal data.

Option 1: Delete in the app

If account deletion is available in your current version of MyDaily, open the app and use the account or profile settings to request deletion.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Email admin@mydailycity.com from the email address associated with your MyDaily account. Use the subject MyDaily Account Deletion Request and include the phone number or email connected to your account so we can verify the request.

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete or de-identify personal data associated with your account, subject to information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or recordkeeping purposes.

Processing time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
